Product review
What you get: a pair of solid wood suspension rings plus adjustable 1.5" webbing straps equipped with heavy-duty cam buckles and printed length markings.
Materials and sizes: the rings are machined from natural Baltic birch to provide a competition-style wooden feel. Two diameters are offered: a 1.11" Olympic-spec ring and a thicker 1.25" cross-training option. The included straps are 1.5" wide and feature large printed measurements to speed up height changes.
Strength and testing: the set is rated to support up to 600 lb, intended for bodyweight applications such as pull-ups, dips, rows, muscle-ups and other calisthenic movements. The cam buckles are metal with serrated teeth designed to bite into the webbing for secure locking.
Setup and portability: lightweight and easy to pack, the rings attach to pull-up bars, squat racks, rafters, beams, trees or ceiling mounts. The straps loop through the rings and through the buckle, allowing quick, repeatable length adjustments during workouts.
Training benefits: gymnastic rings promote grip strength, upper-body development, core stability, balance and coordination. The wooden surface offers a tactile, non-slip feel that many athletes prefer for dynamic and static ring work.

High quality and simple to use
Extremely pleased with these. I was initially hesitant because they were less than other options I’d seen, but the construction is excellent. They’re straightforward to adjust and I can’t think of anything that needs improving.

Get the longer straps if you need rafters or high mounts
Fourteen feet sounds excessive until you remember the strap loops through the rings so effective length is half. A 7.5' strap drops the rings only a bit more than 3' — fine for a power rack but too short for garage rafters. Buy the longer straps if you plan to hang them high.

Good workout.

Good straps, watch ring thickness and surface
Arrived quickly and I’ve had them about a month. Straps are sturdy, but the rings feel a bit thinner than I expected — fine for small hands but larger hands might prefer the thicker model. I did spot a rough patch on one ring and smoothed it out; I’m watching it to ensure no splitting develops.

Reliable rings with helpful numbering
I’ve used these for several months and they’ve held up well. Straps stay tight and the numbering makes aligning both sides quick. The rings are birch wood and have retained their look; a solid, cost-effective option if you want wooden rings.

Surprisingly refined build and secure hardware
Craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. Straps are well printed and handy for matching heights. The metal cam buckles are chunky with a firm spring lever; the teeth grip the webbing securely (I weigh 205 lb and they hold solid). Rings felt smooth and substantial in hand. For the price, the quality and feel are impressive — a reliable set for serious bodyweight training.

Comfortable and sturdy, but watch for splinters
Adjustable and confident in the support at my 210 lb bodyweight. On my third session I picked up a small splinter from the wood, so I sanded that area smooth and am more careful now. Finding a place to hang rings can be tricky; a local park’s basketball posts worked great for me when home options were limited.

Chose for size options and numbered straps
I picked these because of the two diameter choices and the numbered webbing. They cost more than some wooden rings I looked at but appear to be higher quality. Extras like the small velcro keepers for strap tails and the stout cam buckles were welcome. Buckles have direction etched on them so feeding the strap is simple. No manual was needed — setup is intuitive. Overall very satisfied with the construction and features.

Easy to match strap lengths and solid wood feel
Straps have clear numbering and don’t stretch; they’re 1.5" wide. The rings are layered birch and came fairly smooth — I rolled 300 grit paper into a cylinder and evened them out a bit. Some will like the factory texture, but I preferred a finer finish. They cost more than cheap plastic rings, but the feel and likely longevity justify the premium. Customer support replied quickly when I asked about preserving the wood. Setup was straightforward and they add new challenge to regular bar workouts.
