Product review
High-speed motor and adjustable head: The fan uses a 14500 RPM motor to push a strong airflow for quick cooling. Its head tilts through 180 degrees so you can aim the breeze precisely, and the clamp locks onto surfaces up to 2 inches thick for hands-free use.
Rechargeable battery and charging: A built-in 3000mAh battery powers the fan for extended use and is recharged via a USB-C port. A USB-C cable is included; it charges from power banks, laptops, car chargers, and wall adapters for easy top-ups while traveling.
Design, materials and extras: The housing is molded plastic with a central metal cooling plate that becomes cool to the touch when running. Included in the box are the fan unit, a neck strap for wearable use, a USB-C charging cable, and a short user guide. The unit weighs approximately 0.28 lb, making it easy to stow in a bag or pocket.
Controls and airflow modes: An integrated LED display shows remaining battery and current fan setting. Instead of a few fixed speeds, the control allows up to 100 incremental airflow levels (accessible via one-button operation) to move from a gentle breeze suitable for makeup or skincare up to a high turbo output for workouts or hot commutes.
How to use it: The fan can be handheld, clipped to strollers, backpacks, chairs, desks, or gym equipment, or set on a flat surface as a small desktop fan. Typical uses include travel, outdoor events, office desks, stroller walks, and emergency cooling during hot weather.
Pros
- Strong high-RPM airflow in a compact body
- Long-running 3000mAh USB-C rechargeable battery
- Versatile mounting: handheld, clip-on, or desktop
Cons
- Air isn’t chilled—may blow warm air in extreme heat
- Higher speeds generate noticeable noise
- Clamp can shift under load or with heavier attachments
VerdictThis clip-on mini fan blends powerful airflow and flexible mounting in a very small package. The high-RPM motor and metal cooling plate deliver noticeable breeze, while the 3000mAh USB-C battery keeps it running for hours on moderate settings. The 180° adjustable head and sturdy clamp expand use cases from hands-free clipping to handheld or desktop cooling. Noise and maximum temperature of the air

Good airflow but battery could be longer
I brought this to a concert but the battery didn’t last the whole show. The airflow is solid, although if the ambient air is very hot it just moves that hot air. The metal center does feel cold on skin, and the neck cord makes hands-free aiming convenient. Overall decent for the price.

Great for hot job sites and services
I use this at work where it gets hot and it’s been reliable. Multiple speed options make it handy, it charges quickly, and it’s lightweight enough to wear or clip near my station. A few coworkers have bought one after trying mine.

Quieter than expected and effective
I thought it would be loud from videos, but it’s not as noisy in real life. Lower settings put out pleasant cooling without blasting. Build quality feels good and it’s worked well for daily use.

Compact yet powerful
Small in size but surprisingly strong airflow. It fits in a pocket or purse and cools effectively for individual use. Very handy and efficient.

Not very cooling outdoors
Doesn’t feel very cold outside — mostly just moves warm air.

Surpassed my expectations
I switched from another popular model and this feels much more powerful and affordable. The strap is useful and it gets loud only at top power, which I don’t mind. It cools down quickly and I’m ordering a second unit.

Disappointed — very limited runtime
Front plate frosts up but the airflow stays warm and weak. Battery life was only around ten minutes for me, which made it essentially useless.

Returned due to noise and quality doubts
I ended up returning it; the unit sounded loud even at low speed and I wasn’t confident in its build quality.

Travel lifesaver — handled intense heat on vacation
Took this on a trip to Italy and used it daily in the 90–100°F heat. The turbo mode delivers strong airflow that actually felt helpful when walking or waiting in lines. It’s very light and easy to carry, and the battery lasted through a full day of sightseeing. For compact travel cooling it was a real win for us.

Works, but performance isn’t miraculous
I saw this on social media and gave it a try. Battery life is solid and even the lowest setting moves air, but it didn’t feel much colder on a very hot day. The strap is handy but the unit’s weight can make it shift when worn. For what it delivers, the price felt a bit high to me.

Impressive cooling tech
I replaced an older neck fan after a rain incident and this model’s cooling approach feels like a real upgrade. Overall performance has been excellent for portable cooling.

Mixed results compared to an older model
The cold plate is nice against skin, but it doesn’t lower the temperature of the air coming out. My prior fan felt stronger overall and held a charge longer. This one has useful features but didn’t outperform my older device.

Gifted to a hot-natured relative — now indispensable
Bought this for my mother-in-law who’s always warm and she uses it constantly. It’s surprisingly powerful for its size and the battery runs for hours. The metal plate is just a plain piece of metal—it feels cold against skin but doesn’t change the airstream temperature unless chilled beforehand.
