Product review
What’s included: six continuous-loop elastic bands (color-coded) and a compact nylon carry pouch. Bands are printed with their resistance ranges so you can mix and match tensions for the exercise and progression you need.
Resistance breakdown: Yellow 5–15 lb, Red 15–35 lb, Black 25–65 lb, Purple 35–85 lb, Green 50–125 lb, Blue 65–175 lb. Together the set provides progressive options from very light assistance or rehab work up to substantial resistance for assisted pull-ups and heavy banded rows.
Materials and construction: Each band is molded from odorless, latex-free thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) that resists snapping and rolling. No rubber smell and safe for sensitive skin. Bands are continuous (no handles), which encourages stronger grip development and forces stabilizer muscles to work during presses, rows, curls, and leg pushes.
How to use: Wrap bands around bars or through their own loop for lat pulldowns and assisted pull-ups, anchor with your body for presses and rows, or loop around hips and knees for glute and leg activation. Light bands are suitable for rehabilitation, mobility drills, pilates and yoga; heavier bands replace bulky weights for squats, deadlifts, and high-resistance rows. Pack the pouch for workouts at home, in the office, or while traveling.
Warranty and portability: The set tucks into a small carrying pouch for easy transport. The kit comes with a 12-month replacement warranty for defects and responsive customer support for issues.
Pros
- Wide resistance range (5–175 lb) across six bands
- Latex-free TPE material — odorless and skin-friendly
- No handles promotes grip and stabilizer muscle work
Cons
- No printed max resistance on some bands in certain batches
- No separate handles or anchors included
- Very large loop bands can be hard to hold for smaller hands
VerdictThis six-band resistance kit spans light rehabilitation work to heavy assistance for pull-ups and strength moves. Durable, latex-free TPE construction and clear load ranges make it versatile for rehab, mobility, HIIT, and progressive home training. The lack of handles favors grip and core engagement, and the included pouch plus warranty add convenience and peace of mind.

Perfect for gentle strengthening
I bought these for my elderly father. He uses them in bed and they help him safely build leg and arm strength with low-impact resistance.

Solid quality, minor extras would help
Good build and the sizes are practical; easy to work with. Two suggestions: include a pouch for all pieces and mark each band with its maximum resistance for quicker selection.

Too large for my grip
Well made but the loops are long and hard for me to hold — I’m 5'4" and found them awkward to handle.

Dependable for varied home workouts
Performing well so far. A mix of long and shorter loops with different tension levels covers many exercises. The longer bands feel robust and elastic.

Transformed my routine — versatile and grippy
Longtime lifter here who turned to bands when my cable setup failed. These replaced my pulleys for lat pulldowns and allowed me to keep heavy tension while traveling. The texture gives a secure hold without the slippery, powdery coating found on other bands, and the top band goes high enough for serious assistance on pull-ups, rows, and banded deadlifts. I’ve also been using creative wraps around the bar to hit my lower abs more directly than some machines allowed. Excellent for getting solid resistance where plates or cables are impractical.
