The package contains a 16.4ft (5m) RGB LED strip, an inline controller with a built-in microphone for music sync, an infrared handheld remote, and a USB power lead for connecting to a TV or USB power source. Build, materials and sizing
The LED strip is a flexible ribbon of RGB LEDs mounted on a pliable circuit base with an adhesive backing. The length measures 16.4ft (5m), designed to suit most 45–75 inch screens; there are marked cut points so you can shorten the strip to match your screen dimensions. The plug-and-play design lets you shape it around curved or flat edges.
Controls and music sync
Control options include the free duoCo Strip Bluetooth app for smartphone adjustments, the supplied IR remote for changing colors and modes from the couch, and a button on the controller for direct toggling. The onboard high-sensitivity microphone listens to ambient audio and music, enabling reactive color and speed changes in music mode without extra equipment.
Where and how to use it
This strip is intended as ambient backlighting for TVs and monitors but also works as accent lighting for bedrooms, gaming desks, dorm rooms, or simple decorative uplighting for counters and small commercial spaces. Stick the strip behind the screen using the adhesive backing, trim at the marked intervals if needed, and connect the USB to a power source to start.
