Product review

Multi-level layout for multiple cats: Three distinct levels create climbing routes, lookout spots and a private nook so more than one cat can use the unit at once. The separate tiers help reduce competition and encourage independent rest and play.
Sisal scratching post plus felt exterior: The main scratching columns are wrapped in sisal to satisfy clawing instincts and protect furniture. The outer surfaces use a scratch-friendly felt, giving cats two different textures to dig into.
Durable build materials: The platform and base pieces are built on 8mm thick MDF boards supported by reinforced vertical columns for added rigidity. The materials are intended to withstand climbing, stretching and daily activity without excessive wear.
Features that invite play and exploration: A peek-through window and a hanging ball toy add interactive elements for batting and chasing. Cats can hide inside the cubby, lounge on the top platform, or swat at the dangling toy to stay mentally and physically engaged.
Stability tips and placement: While the design is reinforced, placing the tree against a wall or in a corner increases steadiness during energetic pounces. The package includes the tree components, the sisal-wrapped posts, the soft felt-covered den, and the hanging toy.

Pros

  • Multiple textures (sisal and felt) for scratching
  • Three tiers provide play and private resting spots
  • Reinforced columns with 8mm MDF for stability

Cons

  • Top platform may flex under very heavy cats
  • Needs wall or corner placement for maximum steadiness
  • Not intended for large dogs or heavy non-cat use

VerdictThis three-level grey cat tree delivers multiple activity zones—scratch posts, an enclosed den, and an elevated perch—so several cats can play or relax without crowding. The sisal surfaces and felt exterior give cats different scratching feels, while the reinforced supports and 8mm MDF panels keep the structure solid for everyday use. Ideal for indoor cats who enjoy climbing, peeking, and batting

Reviews

  1. Barbara 5/5

Shared favorite for a small dog and kitten

I bought this for a kitten and found my small dog joined in. They both nap in it comfortably. It unfolds and sets up easily and seems stable even with the dog’s digging. Good size and the color works well.

  2. Christopher Hager 5/5

Simple, sturdy, and quick to set up

My cat took to it right away. Assembly was easy and the unit feels well made—not flimsy. Its compact size makes it convenient to place throughout the house.

  3. Roberta Rubin 5/5

Good value; some cats are picky

A friend’s cat uses it constantly, while my cat ignores it. Construction seems solid and it’s a nice-looking piece regardless of whether every cat in the house takes to it.

Great for kittens but too short for tall seniors

Setup was simple and the box is adorable, but my tall senior cat can’t fit comfortably inside because his head is higher than the opening. My kitten, however, loves it. Best suited to kittens or smaller cats.

  5. Catlady 4/5

Solid cat house that stands up to frequent use

All six of my cats enjoy it. I expected it to be lighter, but it has proven sturdier than anticipated. The top pad and interior cushion are well made and still support my cats after lots of naps.

Bought another one — quality is consistent

This is my second unit and both have been roomy with soft, durable fleece. They’ve held up well and my cats use every feature. Easy to assemble and good value for what you get.

Cozy cube and perch — my cat uses both

This grey cat house worked out really well for my cat. The box has a wide front opening so he curls up easily inside, and the top platform holds him when he wants to nap above ground. He also loves batting the small hanging ball, and the side scratch surface keeps his claws busy instead of my furniture. The fabric feels plush and the color fits in with my living room.

  8. Christa Wickett 5/5

Sturdy enough for a large, destructive cat

I was skeptical because other options fell apart, but this one has surprising durability. My very heavy cat tends to demolish thinner houses, yet this held up. Assembly was minimal—only a few pieces—and it’s large enough to accommodate a heavier pet without immediate damage.

    Two cats share it happily

I have one large and one smaller cat who both enjoy this unit. They use the top and the cave without fighting over spots. The top felt a little questionable at first, but after a month of regular use it still shows no signs of giving out.

    Easy to assemble

    Good product.

    Two sphynx cats approved

I bought this for my sphynx's birthday and both of my sphynx loved it immediately. It’s the right size for them and arrived sooner than I expected. Highly satisfying purchase.

  12. Laura 5/5

    Comfortable for average-sized cats

Soft, covered hideaway that my cats will bat the dangling ball from time to time. My very large Ragdolls (16–19 lbs) only use it occasionally because they’re a bit cramped; average-sized cats should fit and enjoy it regularly. The top cushion snaps into place for extra support and the fabric is soft and attractive.

  13. Virginia S 5/5

Soft, secure hideaway that encourages shy cats out

This warm cubby gave my shy cat a safe spot to relax even when guests are over. It’s very soft inside, includes a small scratching area, and the top is comfy for lounging. It folds flat for storage and seems sturdy for normal cat use, though I wouldn’t recommend it for heavier animals.
