Product review
This product is a 33 ft (10 m) roll of grey felt-pile brush weatherstripping supplied with a self-adhesive backing. The strip features a woven, high-density felt pile attached to a rigid plastic base. Brush length measures approximately 0.9 inch (15/16") / 23 mm, while the adhesive backing sits on a base about 0.4 inch (3/8") / 9 mm wide. The roll is intended for cutting to length and can be bent to follow frames and corners.
The pile material is described as an environmentally friendly woven felt with good resilience and wear resistance; it sheds little lint and provides a soft contact surface that won’t damage adjoining panels. The plastic base gives the strip rigidity for straightforward alignment along door or window jambs.
A high-adhesion oil-based tape is applied to the base to secure the strip; the manufacturer cites normal operating adhesion between -10 ℃ (-14 ° F) and 60 ℃ (140 ° F). Typical uses include sealing sliding door gaps, garage door edges, door frames, window sills, screen doors, French doors, patio doors, commercial doors, wardrobes and cabinets to reduce drafts, dust and light penetration.
The product is marketed to improve comfort and energy efficiency by limiting unwanted air exchange — keeping interiors warmer in winter and cooler in summer. Installation is intended to be DIY-friendly: measure the gap and length, trim the roll with scissors, ensure the surface is clean and dry, peel the backing film and press the strip into place. Allow the glued joint to set — leaving the assembly undisturbed for the first 12 hours is recommended to improve adhesion.
Pros
- Dense pile creates an effective seal
- Roll covers many installations (33 ft / 10 m)
- Can be cut and shaped for custom fits
Cons
- Adhesive may need reinforcement in some uses
- Bristles sometimes require trimming to fit
- Performance depends on clean, dry surface and temp range
VerdictA straightforward, durable draft-excluding strip that delivers a snug seal when applied correctly. Adhesive holds well in most situations, the dense pile resists wear and lint, and the roll covers many installations — ideal for doors, sliding panels and window frames if you measure, trim and press it firmly into place.

Good for a Pet Flap
Installed around my dog door flap and the adhesive holds well. It does the job I needed it to do.

Easy to Fit, Seals Tightly
Strong adhesive let me attach it between two sliding glass panels where the original seals didn’t fit. It compresses with side-to-side motion and holds up against gusts. Very pleased with the result.

Solved a Wide Gap
Used this to close a very wide front-door gap. Installation was quick and the cold wind stopped coming through.

Ample Material, Strong Hold
The adhesive sticks extremely well and there’s plenty of length to seal large double entry doors. We ordered a thinner size for smaller gaps and those worked fine too.

Thick, Fuzzy and Simple to Fit
Sticks firmly to a metal garage door. Trim to length, peel the backing and press it on — very straightforward and it blocks drafts well.

Watch for Extra Delivery Charges
Product itself is fine, but I was charged an additional international delivery fee even though I paid customs in Brazil.

Does Little for Acoustics (Spanish)
Doesn’t do much for soundproofing.

Stapled for Extra Security, Noticeable Improvement
I stapled this garage strip around the door edges because the adhesive was a bit weak, but installation was simple. It cut drafts and outside noise, the material feels sturdy and it doesn’t impede the door.

Good Seal for Windows and Sliders (Spanish)
Used on windows and sliding doors; the 5 mm height creates a solid seal. The rigid base makes fitting easy and the adhesive is strong. Recommended.

Avoided Costly Window Replacement
My 1975 aluminum windows let in dust and dirt. After cleaning the frame I applied two strips and waited two weeks. During 45 mph winds the treated window stayed much cleaner — not new-window level, but a big improvement.

Trimmed Down to Fit
Overall okay. The glue could be a bit stronger and the bristles were too tall for my door so I trimmed them. After cutting it down it’s doing an acceptable job.
