Product review

High-performance dual fans: This unit features two 9-inch blades paired in a single housing to move more air than a single-blade fan. Three selectable speeds (Low/Medium/High) let you tailor airflow from a whisper on low to maximum circulation when needed. The fan is ETL-certified for safe operation.

Reversible modes and purpose: The controls allow Intake, Exhaust, and Circulate modes. Use Intake to draw cooler outdoor air inside, Exhaust to push warm, humid, or odorous air out, or Circulate to run the fans in opposite directions for balanced cross-ventilation. Low speed is designed to be quiet for nighttime use; high speed increases airflow and typical fan noise for this size.

Remote and electrical specs: A handheld remote is included to change power, mode, and speed from up to around 20 feet away. The fan uses a standard US 120V plug and comes with a six-foot power cord for flexible placement and easy connection to household outlets.

Maintenance and pest protection: The front cover detaches for blade cleaning, and a removable rear screen keeps insects and larger debris out while allowing airflow. These removable elements simplify maintenance and help maintain performance over time.

Adjustable fit and mounting: Expandable side panels slide to accommodate window openings from 23.5 to 37 inches. The unit supports horizontal mounting in double-hung and sliding windows, vertical mounting in casement-style openings, and free-standing placement using built-in base feet. Adhesive tape is supplied to secure the fan and reduce rattling in some installations.

Materials and included items: Constructed from molded plastic with durable screens, the package includes the twin fan assembly, remote control, expandable side panels, insect/weather screens, adhesive sealing tape, and detachable feet for freestanding use.

Pros

  • Reversible intake/exhaust/circulate modes
  • Remote control with three speed settings
  • Expandable panels fit many standard windows

Cons

  • Motor can produce a noticeable hum at higher speeds
  • Some units feel lightweight or thinly constructed
  • Fine insect screen may reduce airflow

VerdictThis 9" twin window fan delivers flexible ventilation for bedrooms, kitchens, and small living areas. It offers reversible airflow, three speed settings, and a remote for convenient control. Installation options and included accessories make it adaptable to many window types, though a noticeable motor hum at higher speeds is reported by some users. Overall it’s a practical, energy-efficient option

Reviews

  1. Summer 5/5

    Brings in fresh breezes

Easy to install and performs well. I like being able to switch between pulling cool air in and pushing hot air out. The remote makes adjustments simple and the various speeds suit different needs. Fits snugly in my window and noticeably improved ventilation.

  2. Anw 5/5

    Strong airflow, simple setup

Delivers solid airflow and locks into my window without fuss. Setup was quick and the remote is handy. The multiple speeds are useful and it cools the room fast without taking up floor space. Pleased with the performance.

  3. The Abkens 3/5

    Functional but feels cheap

Build feels a bit flimsy and it’s louder than other units I’ve used. Features are basic and materials seem thin. On the plus side it includes feet, sealing tape, and front/back screens. The fine screen greatly reduces airflow, so I don’t recommend using that if you need max circulation.

  4. Sakura 5/5

    Very satisfied overall

Performed just as described. Setup took only minutes and the reversible airflow is useful for day or night use. The remote is convenient and the unit is reasonably quiet. Helped with ventilation and eased AC use in my room.

  5. Me 1/5

    Underwhelming power

I found it weaker than my box fan, though it does work well as an exhaust. Foam adhesive was missing from my box and despite liking the remote, I returned it and went with a different fan.

  6. Tiffany 5/5

    Quiet operation and flexible modes

Exceeded expectations for airflow and flexibility. The reversible modes and three speeds let me customize ventilation by weather. It runs fairly quietly for the most part, installed easily with expandable panels, and the insect screen is a welcome addition. Remote control is very convenient at night.

  7. Dean 2/5

    Not worth the trouble

It works, but issues like a missing remote and delayed delivery soured the experience. Airflow is comparable to a standing fan and I expected more for the cost. Customer service did respond quickly, however.

  8. TitoR 4/5

    Works well but consider noise

Does what it’s supposed to and was straightforward to install. It’s an economical option, though I would have liked a thermostat feature. Lightweight and easy to handle, includes a remote and screens. Be aware the motor emits a humming noise even at low speeds.

  9. Celeste C 5/5

    Saved us during a heatwave

This unit was a big help during a prolonged heat spell. I improvised a tighter fit in a sliding window and it still performed well. It handled continuous use and I’d purchase another if needed.

Arrived dirty and with loose parts

Product arrived in poor condition and looked used. I had to clean it and a hex nut fell into the fan on first start-up. My partner had to disassemble and refit the loose piece. Disappointed with shipping condition and would hesitate to recommend without caution.
