Poor manufacturer support

The mailbox itself seems well made, but customer service was unhelpful when I asked about mounting to my wood post. I was told to buy a company post, which wasn’t an option for me.

Solid feel, needs separate fasteners

After nearly a decade the only issue was the magnet pulling free once — easily repaired. Finish is complete inside and out. Note: it doesn’t include mounting bolts; pick the proper carriage bolts and washers for your post.
