Compact, motorized rail for creators
The PICO is a 15.8-inch motorized camera slider designed for creators who want smooth, repeatable camera movement without a full-size rig. The kit includes the motorized carriage with carriage plate, the compact rail, folding stabilizing feet, and mounts compatible with standard tripod screws. It’s intended for travel, tabletop filming, vlogging, product videography, and small-studio setups.
Two-axis motion with full 360° pan
A dual-axis motor system delivers both linear sliding and continuous 360-degree panning from the carriage. That lets you build push-ins, pull-outs, tracking moves, and wide panorama sweeps in one compact unit. The motion options are useful for cinematic B-roll, interview coverage, product showcases, and time-lapse sequences.
Designed for lightweight cameras and the DJI Pocket series
PICO is optimized for lightweight rigs such as the DJI Pocket 3, action cameras, compact mirrorless bodies, and phone mounts. The carriage plate and screw receivers are reinforced to accept common mounting sizes so small-format setups remain secure while the slider moves.
Materials and construction
The frame is machined from lightweight aluminum alloy with reinforced screw receivers and hardened rails to resist flex. The carriage rides on precision guides for smooth travel, and the folding legs snap out to stabilize the rail on flat surfaces. The compact footprint makes it easy to place on desks, stands, and travel kits.
Battery, motor, and connectivity
A silent brushless motor drives the carriage for low-noise, jitter-free motion. The unit runs on an internal rechargeable battery and supports USB-C PD fast charging, enabling field use without a mains connection. NFC one-tap connection and Bluetooth pairing let you link a phone quickly for remote control.
App-driven creative modes
Control is handled through a companion phone app that provides calibrated panning, linear slides, time-lapse, stop-motion, and keyframe sequencing for repeatable moves. Fine motion adjustments and preset modes let solo shooters program consistent shots without external controllers.
Pros
- Very portable 15.8-inch motorized rail
- Dual-axis control with smooth 360° panning
- Rechargeable USB-C power and NFC pairing
Cons
- Limited travel length compared with larger sliders
- Best suited to lightweight camera setups
- Power input placement can complicate external battery use
VerdictThe IFOOTAGE PICO packs professional-feeling motion into a very small package. Its rigid aluminum frame and sturdy screw mounts support lightweight mirrorless rigs and pocket-sized cameras while delivering quiet, repeatable linear travel and full 360° panorama capability. NFC one-tap pairing, a phone app with time-lapse and keyframe modes, and USB-C PD charging make it highly usable for field work

Eric 5/5
Lightweight, dependable, and quick to set up
Setup was fast and the app is nicely straightforward. I used the phone extension for quick social clips and it worked as expected. The slider is light enough to mount on many stands without instability, and the movement is notably smoother than some cheaper alternatives I’ve tried. Programming custom moves is painless, and the design makes it easy to integrate into a small kit.

MJH 5/5
Solidly built and feature-rich for its size
This review is about the PICO model, not the Pro. The overall construction feels very solid without being heavy. The frame and rails are rigid, the screw mounts are robust, and there are two threaded receiver sizes on the underside so you can orient the unit as needed. The sliding carriage is smooth and shows no jitter during motion. Retractable feet flip out on each end and hold the rail steady on flat surfaces, and they stow back easily when you want to pack it away.

Gear Scene 5/5
Small footprint, big difference in footage
This compact rail adds controlled motion that elevates product shots and B-roll without hauling heavy gear. Repeatable, consistent movement is great for time-lapses and product work where hand-held attempts would vary. It pairs well with DJI Pocket and action cameras and is compact enough to keep in a travel bag for spontaneous shoots. NFC, time-lapse, and stop-motion options broaden its usefulness.

Sound Hound 5/5
Cinematic motion for solo creators with compact rigs
The dual-axis control gives surprisingly fluid tracking and precise panoramic sweeps for small cameras. NFC pairing gets you started quickly and the rigid rail minimizes micro-jitters during movement, so footage looks professional without heavy support gear. The app expands creative options with time-lapse and keyframing, making it a go-to tool for solo shooters who need cinematic motion on the go.

Check this out America! 5/5
Ultra-portable with practical field features
Portability was the main reason I added this to my kit and it fits that role perfectly. It occupies little space but still delivers robust performance. Build quality feels durable, the motors are smooth under load, and the software side is straightforward for fast setup. It’s already become one of the most adaptable items I reach for when packing light.

James Bond 5/5
Quiet, smooth, and easy to pair
iFootage nailed the basics here: the brushless motor runs nearly silent and delivers smooth travel in a variety of modes. NFC one-tap pairing avoids fiddly Bluetooth menus, and the app is intuitive. There are multiple shooting styles including push/pull, panoramas, and timed captures. Fast USB-C PD charging means you can recharge quickly between shoots and take the unit out on location.

Neodymium Bean 5/5
Powerful app features make it punch above its class
The accompanying app unlocks much of what makes this slider valuable — fine-tune control, varied movement types, and precise panning. Motion is accurate and quiet; even with a slightly heavier mirrorless body it performed well and held battery life. Using a Pocket 3 or action camera feels natural. One small gripe: the USB-C port is on the moving carriage, so an external battery needs a cable route that won’t catch. Right-angle or swivel USB-C adapters help a lot.
