Product review
This countertop microwave comes with the oven itself, a removable glass turntable and the supporting turntable ring. The exterior is a black finish with an easy-grip handle, and the interior has a smooth, wipe-clean surface designed for routine maintenance.
Rated at 0.7 cubic feet of internal capacity, the cavity is sized for single-serve plates and small casseroles; the opening dimensions are roughly in the low-teens of inches, making it suitable for apartments, dorms and office kitchens. The unit delivers 700 watts of cooking power and offers ten power levels to adjust heat intensity across different recipes.
Controls include a large LED display that shows a clock and a countdown timer, a memory function for saving preferred settings, and six one-touch cooking options such as popcorn, potato and pizza. Defrost can be done by weight or by time, and multi-stage cooking lets you program successive power changes within a single cycle.
Other useful features are an interior light for monitoring food while it runs and a child safety lock on the control panel. The door uses a hinge and handle style common to compact microwaves; the removable glass plate sits on a center support and roller ring for rotation while cooking.

Great for downsizing — child lock can be turned off
I replaced a bulky unit with this 0.7 cu ft microwave to free up counter space and it made a big visual difference. At 700W it cooks a bit slower than my old oven, but I usually just add 30 seconds if something needs more heat. Downsizing was the point and the smaller footprint is exactly what I wanted. The child lock can be disabled following the simple directions, which was helpful since we don’t need it.

Handy mid-size replacement — good interior size
My previous convection unit died after a few years and I didn’t use the fancy modes, so I opted for this straightforward microwave. A 1000W model elsewhere would be faster, but this one heats well for everyday use. The interior is a bit wider than a standard dinner plate; opening measurements are about 13" wide, 13.5" deep and 9" tall — solid for one or two people.

Fits a tiny apartment perfectly
Bought this for my mom when we moved her into a small 55+ apartment. It’s a great fit for the limited space and she likes how it looks and functions. Simple and appropriate for a compact living area.

Noisier and slower for popcorn
I picked this because the older model I liked wasn’t available, and I wanted a dark interior. Popcorn takes far longer here — around six minutes versus roughly three and a half in my previous oven — though other foods seem similar. The biggest annoyance is a persistent vibration noise from the cabinet. If noise is a concern, I’d think twice.

Compact and reliable for everyday use
This unit does what it’s labeled to do — it’s 700 watts so don’t expect rapid cook times. The slightly longer heating is not a problem for my meals, and the cooking is even. The manufacturer included clear instructions for disabling the door lock, which I did right away; no issues since. Overall, very satisfied with its ease of use.

Perfect gift — simple for seniors to use
I bought this as a gift for my mother-in-law and she’s thrilled. The appearance is non-intimidating, it matches other appliances, and the controls are straightforward enough for an older user. It doesn’t take up much space and is easy to operate — exactly what I needed for a 78-year-old recipient.

Loud, problematic and repeatedly shut off
From the start it was unusually loud and the sound felt like vibrating from the exterior. The door felt sticky and awkward, and after a few uses it began shutting off mid-cycle as if it were sensing moisture. The interior and door would collect condensation and the unit would reset after airing out. It happened more often over time and troubleshooting suggestions weren’t helpful. I missed the return window so I ended up stuck with it.

Failed under two years and caught fire
It functioned acceptably at first, but less than two years after purchase it caught fire. It seemed like an internal metal part failed. For safety reasons I would not buy this again.

Great for tight spots but the turntable is flimsy
We bought this for a small kitchen and the controls are responsive and the finish looks nice. It’s perfect for limited counters. My main gripe: the glass plate doesn’t seat securely on the turntable hub and is easy to dislodge. Everything else works well, but that loose plate is annoying and requires careful handling.

Smaller than I expected — works well
Needed a replacement for my compact microwave and this one is ideal. It turned out slightly smaller than the listed dimensions I had measured for, which worked out in my favor. Does the job.

Stopped working after two months — warranty trouble
The unit quit after about two months. I purchased an extended warranty, but the manufacturer-directed claim process was a dead end — phone numbers routed incorrectly or were disconnected and I’ve been bounced around. Frustrating experience trying to get support.

Turntable parts didn’t fit — couldn’t use it
The unit arrived with the rotating glass plate that wouldn’t sit on the center drive properly. The triangular grooves under the plate did not align with the turntable protrusion, so it never rotated. It was DOA for that reason.
