Product review

Materials and options: These pucks are molded from vulcanized rubber for a firm, resilient puck that resists chipping and deformation. They come in single, four-, six- and 25-piece pack configurations so you can choose a quantity that matches individual drills or group practice.
Size and weight: Each puck follows the NHL-style dimensions: approximately 3 inches (76 mm) in diameter, about 1 inch (25 mm) thick and weighing close to 6 ounces (170 g). Both faces are smoothly finished and flat to provide predictable glide and contact with the stick blade.
Performance details: The rubber is dense with a tight texture that gives good rebound and edge control. A slightly textured rim improves contact with the stick, helping players execute firmer shots and sharper passes with less slippage.
Recommended use: Designed primarily for on-ice practice, rink sessions and pond hockey, these pucks suit adults and children aged eight and up who are developing stick skills, shooting accuracy and puck control. The regulation-size profile helps users acclimate to match conditions.
Alternative uses and cautions: Buyers have repurposed these pucks for padding, equipment feet and similar household jobs. While they can be modified for creative applications, they are not intended as load-bearing jack pads or as permanent structural supports; heavy vehicle loads can damage the puck.
Brand note and support: AceFox positions these as durable training items with consistent manufacturing standards. The brand emphasizes product quality and offers customer support for questions or concerns about fit and use.

Held up as jacking pads under my Porsche

I glued a few to the underside of my Porsche 911 to serve as jacking contact points. They’ve remained intact and durable for that purpose, so they’ve been useful beyond rink work.

  5. Paul 5/5

Standard pucks — bulk is handy

Classic regulation-style pucks. Buying a larger pack is convenient if you run drills or lose pucks during games.

  6. ANNETTE MACKEY 5/5

    Good weight and versatile

They have a satisfying, game-like heft. I bought them for a non-hockey project and they work fine for that too.

They’re regulation practice pucks. Nothing fancy, but exactly what you want for drills.

  11. M. Gilbert 5/5

    Great for team giveaways

Perfect quantity for making team gifts. They’re more affordable than sourcing similar items locally and work well as small presents.

  12. Emily 5/5

    Solid quality for training

Good weight and sturdy construction. Ideal for practice sessions — reliable without extras.

  13. Thomas B. 4/5

Great for practice; failed under heavy jack load

Perfect pucks for training sessions and drills. I did try adapting one as a rubber cap for a 2-ton bottle jack by drilling a hole to fit; it fit the cap but split under vehicle weight. That’s not what these are made for. I still have plenty for pickup games.
