Product review

Capacious 50‑liter main compartment
The bag offers a large central compartment designed to hold training clothing, protective gear, a towel and other essentials for gym sessions or short trips. The internal volume is meant to accommodate full kits for sports like MMA, boxing, Jiu‑Jitsu, or a weekend set of clothes.

1200D Cordura fabric and water resistance
Constructed from heavy‑duty 1200D Cordura, the exterior is built to resist abrasion and light rain while keeping the package relatively lightweight. Reinforced stitching and rugged fabric help the bag keep its shape through regular use.

What’s included and materials
Included are integrated padded backpack straps that tuck away, dual carry handles, a removable and adjustable shoulder/cross‑body strap, and lockable zipper pulls. Interior and exterior panels are reinforced; zippers and webbing are designed for repeated use.

Comfort and carrying options
The bag features ergonomically padded shoulder straps and a cushioned back panel for longer carries, plus side and top grab handles for duffel‑style transport. The multi‑strap system spreads load and lets you switch between backpack and duffel modes quickly.

Ventilated and extendable pockets
One side has a tear‑resistant mesh pocket intended for damp or sweaty items (shoes, wraps, towels), while another extendable zip pocket provides extra storage. The shoe pocket has webbing ventilation to help airflow and keep odors separated from dry gear.

Practical design touches
Additional features include lockable zipper sliders, external pockets for quick access, and a modular layout that helps keep kit organised. Designed for gym use, combat sports, hiking and short overnight trips, the bag balances storage capacity with transport flexibility.

Pros

  • Spacious 50L main compartment
  • Durable 1200D Cordura construction
  • Multiple carry modes and padded straps

Cons

  • Some fittings can feel stiff or firm
  • Small webbing/loop finishes reported fragile
  • Shoe pocket placement reduces internal space

VerdictThis 50L RDX gym duffel/backpack combines rugged 1200D Cordura construction with a versatile strap system and several purpose-built pockets. It’s roomy enough for training kits and short trips, separates sweaty items in a mesh shoe pocket, and converts easily between duffel and backpack modes. Good overall durability and user-friendly features make it a solid choice for athletes who need organised

Reviews

  1. DonnaAli 5/5

    Stylish and well made

Very pleased — smart look and excellent build quality. Lots of compartments keep things organised; plenty of room for my son’s Jiu‑Jitsu and MMA kit.

  2. Mike T 5/5

    Built to last

I’ve had this for months and it still looks sturdy. I use it three times weekly and it stores everything, including a separate spot for sweaty wraps and towels.

  3. Jeannette 5/5

    Solid quality

Arrived quickly and feels robust with a premium appearance. Good job.

  4. Coke C. 5/5

    Roomy with vented shoe pockets

Plenty of room for rash guards, gloves and headgear. The ventilated side pockets fit shoes and drinks well. Solid value for a dependable gym bag.

  5. Jota Vega 3/5

    Not quite like the photos

Fits all MMA gear but has flaws: looks different from pictures, some fasteners are short and can slip unless tied, and the top ventilation holes could let water in. It arrives flattened and takes time to regain shape.

  6. Planitron 5/5

    Very durable

Sturdy and seems built to take a beating. Feels reliable for regular use.

  7. Becki 5/5

    Great for martial arts

Bought it for taekwondo — fits all my equipment and looks great. Durable and well made without being overly large.

  8. Moises, me gusto mucho es muy funcional y cómodo, solo deberían arreglar el agar 4/5

    Comfortable and practical

Comfortable and functional with generous space yet not oversized. Only issue: the loop handle can wear out if stressed, otherwise works fine.

  9. skyforce95 5/5

Clever design, a few rough edges

Nice hybrid duffel/backpack concept; straps hide away and it fits gym lockers. Shoe pocket eats into space and the fabric is a bit coarse — still very usable.

  10. Jonathan D 5/5

    Exactly the right middle size

Love the size — between a regular backpack and a duffel. Straps tuck away cleanly, it's very roomy and has a top shoe compartment for easy access.

  11. Ricky hernandez 5/5

    Converts exactly as promised

I wanted a bag that flips from duffel to backpack and it does. Good shoe holders, big main compartment, and handy for tournaments when one shoulder gets tired.
