Crisp pretzels, creamy Hugs, and a mini Kiss on top make a crunchy, chocolatey combo that’s delightfully simple and satisfying.

 

Hugs and Kisses Pretzel Snaps

Makes about 30 snaps – per serving estimate: 28 calories, 1.3 g fat, 0 g fiber, 2.7 g carbs, 0.3 g protein, 2.3 g sugars

Ingredients:

  • 30 pretzel snaps (thin, flat pretzels work best)
  • 30 Hershey Hugs (unwrapped)
  • 30 mini Hershey Kisses (found in the baking aisle)
  • Colored sprinkles, optional

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  3. Arrange the pretzel snaps in a single layer on the sheet and set an unwrapped Hug on top of each pretzel.
  4. Bake for about 4 minutes. Watch closely—the Hugs should become glossy and slightly soft but not fully melted.
  5. Remove the pan from the oven and immediately press a mini Kiss into the center of each softened Hug. Press gently so the Kiss nests into the Hug without breaking the pretzel.
  6. If desired, sprinkle a few colored sprinkles on each snap right after pressing the Kiss in place.
  7. Chill the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes to set the chocolates. Do not leave them in the fridge longer than needed, as they can sweat when returned to room temperature.
  8. Store the finished snaps in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 6 days.
