These molds are safe across a wide range of temperatures, from -40°F up to 500°F, and are compatible with the dishwasher, microwave, conventional oven, and freezer. Because they’re freestanding, you can place them directly on a large cookie sheet rather than needing a metal pan.

Perfect for individual desserts

Fantastic for baking
I bought both regular and jumbo sizes and use them weekly for muffins, cupcakes and egg bites. No greasing required, they sit upright on a sheet pan and release baked goods cleanly. After months of use and hand washing they still look like new. The plastic tub is tight but usable.

Huge and sturdy
These are very large—great for oversized muffins and cupcakes. Too big for some traditional rice cakes, but they’re robust, wash easily, and fit back into the plastic container.

Handy for slow-melt ice pucks
For larger whiskey tumblers these molds produce tapered ice pucks that melt slowly and fit better than small sphere molds. The silicone peels off the ice without trouble.
