Product review
This Dutch oven ships with the pot and a snug-fitting lid; the knob on the lid is rated for oven use. The body is dense cast iron with a porcelain-enameled exterior in Provencial Blue and a smooth, light-colored enamel interior that does not react with foods or hold odors.
The construction yields strong heat retention and uniform heat distribution across the cooking surface, making it well suited to searing, simmering, braising, roasting, baking bread and slow-cooked stews. The interior enamel simplifies cleanup and prevents metallic flavor transfer that can happen with bare cast iron.
Wide, cast-iron loop handles are cast as part of the body to provide a secure, comfortable grip for lifting and serving. The lid fits tightly to help trap moisture and build sauces; the oven-safe knob allows high-heat finishing in the oven or under the broiler.
This model is induction-compatible and safe on most cooktops, in the oven and under a broiler. At 7 quarts it is intended for larger recipes and family meals; because of the cast-iron density it is heavy, a trade-off for durability and heat performance.
The robust enamel finish is offered in rich colors intended to complement kitchen decor and to double as an attractive serving vessel straight from the oven to the table. With proper care—avoiding rough impacts to the enamel—these pieces are built for long-term everyday use.
Whether used to brown meats on the stovetop then finished in the oven, to bake rustic loaves of bread, or to simmer soups and chilis, the pot is designed to be a versatile, all-purpose workhorse in the kitchen.

- Excellent heat retention and even cooking
- Nonreactive porcelain interior for easy cleanup

VerdictThis 7-quart enameled cast-iron Dutch oven delivers the heat retention and even distribution you expect from cast iron while offering a glossy porcelain surface that resists flavor transfer and odor absorption. The broad handles and oven-safe knob make it easy to move from stovetop to oven and then to the table. It’s a solidly built, heavy piece that excels for braising, simmering, baking bread an

Adds color and quality during my kitchen refresh
Replacing old cookware during a makeover, I added this enameled piece to the stainless set. The color and finish are excellent, and the build quality has me shopping for other sizes. It gives upscale looks for a fraction of what high-end brands charge.

Received a different color than ordered
I ordered Tea Grey but the pot arrived white. I kept it because returning would have been a hassle and I wanted to use it right away. Otherwise it works well and the quality is as expected.

Great for small loaves and everyday cooking
I bought the 3‑quart to bake small sourdough loaves and it’s also perfect for rice and beans. No chips in the enamel, even heat distribution and a neutral exterior color I like. Heavy as cast iron should be, but very well made and arrived in perfect condition.

Fantastic alternative to pricier brands
I wanted an enameled Dutch oven without the high cost. This one performs well for chili, sauces and even pasta, building a nice fond and releasing great flavor. It avoids the heavy staining I’ve seen with other brands and cleans up with a little soaking and a gentle scrub.

Solid cooker but can’t register the model
It’s heavy at about 12 pounds—great for gumbo and long cooks. The sage finish is attractive and cooking results are excellent. I couldn’t register the product with customer support; they wouldn’t accept the model number despite it being on the pot. Still, I love using it.

Nice pot but arrived damaged
Great color and cooking performance, but the enamel had chips inside and out that should have been caught before packing. I kept it and still use it because the flaws don’t interfere with cooking, though the interior chip could be a concern over time.

Very pleased with my set
I purchased two 3‑quart pieces and a 7‑quart. My kitchen is tiny so they sit on the stove; one 3 can nest inside the 7 if I invert the lid. The red color brightens my space and matches other cookware. I use the 7 for soups and store leftovers in a 3. It heats slowly but holds warmth far longer than stainless steel. I do watch the bottoms to avoid burning.

Versatile pot for large batches
Good value for a roomy Dutch oven. The wide cooking surface helps when browning meats and vegetables, and the capacity is perfect for chili, soups and stews that I freeze in portions. Heats evenly, holds heat well and cleans up easily—soaked hot water loosens stuck cheese or sauce without much scrubbing.

Excellent product — very satisfied
High quality and excellent performance. It rivals much more expensive enameled cookware in looks and function. One of my best purchases.
