Clinically validated hydration support — University-backed research indicates this formula hydrates substantially better than plain water and typical sports beverages, helping to reduce fatigue, decrease muscle cramping, and sustain performance during exercise, travel, or long days.

Clean ingredients for restrictive diets — The drops contain no sugar, no artificial sweeteners, and no synthetic fillers. The mineral profile is drawn from ocean-harvested sources rather than purely lab-made compounds, making it suitable for Keto, intermittent fasting, Vegan, and Paleo approaches.

Broad-spectrum cellular support — Each serving supplies a full-spectrum blend of 87+ trace minerals alongside electrolytes, selected vitamins and antioxidants. Provided as a concentrated liquid so nutrients are more readily available and absorb faster than many tablets or powders.

Easy to use anywhere — The liquid concentrate dissolves instantly into coffee, tea, smoothies or bottled water without stirring or clumping. A single quick squeeze per drink is the standard serving; adjust to taste. No gritty texture like many powdered mixes.

Pack and serving details — Sold as a multi-bottle pack that together delivers 120 single-squeeze servings, designed for daily hydration, recovery and training support. One squeeze a day supplies more electrolytes per serving than numerous sports beverages and is trusted by endurance athletes and active users.

  1. Nic 5/5

Effective and truly subtle when dosed right

We’ve used these for a long time and noticed when we ran out. A tiny squirt is enough — it really can be flavorless if you measure it. It blends cleanly; I add it to coffee and an evening glass of wine and can’t detect it when used sparingly.

  2. April Guth 5/5

    Transformed my hydration after surgery

I lost my colon and was constantly dehydrated because my body couldn’t absorb fluids properly. I was drinking excessive amounts but flushing out needed salts. After nearly two weeks on these drops my bloodwork for kidney function (EGFR) improved, I seem to retain fluids better, and my skin looks noticeably plumper. I use a large 44 oz glass and add a squeeze throughout the day.

  3. Evers33 4/5

Taste was rough at first, but I adjusted

Initial impression: the taste was very briny and off-putting, like licking a low-tide shell. Update: I finished the bottle and started using slightly less per drink. The lingering mineral note is still there sometimes, but I’m accustomed to it and often don’t notice it. I feel less thirsty and recover better after workouts. I’d rate it four stars now — a solid sugar-free hydration option.

Repeat buyer — helps reduce leg swelling

I ordered these again because they genuinely help my leg swelling. I’m not a doctor, just my own experience, but regular use makes me feel better overall. Mostly tasteless at one quick squeeze; two squeezes brighten fruit flavors, but three can become odd. I’ve also cut sugary drinks and find this fits well into that change.

  5. Faith.Hope.Love1313 4/5

Good results but flavor shows in large jugs

I like this product and give four stars due to cost and some taste. I fill a 40 oz jug with ice, water and sparkling water, then add two squirts — the mineral note is noticeable. Sparkling water softens it but can change the soda’s flavor. It still keeps me hydrated and usable throughout the day.

  6. Michaela 5/5

Simple, reliable hydration for busy routines

I’ve always tried to drink a lot of water, but perimenopause and travel made me need a supplement. Powders and coconut water didn’t stick, so I tried these. After a week: my post-run salt residue, swollen fingers and flaky facial skin have all improved. I also feel less of that 3pm slump, though I’m still adjusting other habits like morning sugar intake.

  7. C. Eatherly 5/5

Works where other supplements caused issues

I’ve had severe reactions to oral magnesium and couldn’t use many popular mixes. I discovered these drops online and was hesitant at first, but they’ve been a blessing. They don’t trigger my magnesium sensitivity and have helped my overall hydration without the side effects I experienced from other products.
