Works only on dry surfaces
Stuck firmly to clean, dry liner panels. It will not adhere to wet material, so underwater fixes require drying the area first.

Handy and effective patch
Easy to apply and it sealed holes and worn areas quickly. I also used it around rough stones to prevent fish from getting scraped, and it held up well.
