Product review

This set includes two light-blue, oval exercise sliders engineered for multi-surface use. Each disc measures 8.7" x 5.1" x 0.67" and is lightweight for easy transport between home, gym, or travel workouts.

The discs are double-sided: one face is covered in felt to move smoothly across hard floors without scratching, while the opposite plastic surface is intended to glide over carpeted areas. The combination of felt and plastic materials aims to provide controlled movement and protect flooring during sliding exercises.

Designed for full-body routines, these sliders are commonly used to engage the abs, hips, thighs and glutes. Users place their hands or feet on the discs to perform lunges, plank variations, mountain climbers and other sliding motions that add instability and increase muscle activation.

Construction is solid and slightly heavier than some very lightweight alternatives, which helps with durability and a more controlled glide. Because they’re compact and come as a pair, they’re straightforward to stash in a workout bag or suitcase for training away from home.

If you’re not satisfied with the product, the manufacturer offers a customer support promise to address issues, so buyers have recourse if the sliders don’t meet expectations.

  • Dual-sided for carpet and hard floors
  • Compact and easy to transport
  • Durable feel that protects surfaces

Cons

  • May not stay under all users’ feet
  • Performance varies by carpet type
  • Less glide on concrete

VerdictA compact, travel-friendly pair of dual-surface sliders that deliver a solid low-impact challenge for core and lower-body training. They shine on carpeted floors and perform respectably on hard surfaces when flipped to the appropriate side. Durable construction and floor-friendly materials make them a useful addition to home or on-the-go routines, though some users report fit and sliding consisten

    Works well for foot-based moves

Excellent for exercises that require sliding with your feet. The oval design fits foot placement nicely. One side is for rugs, the other for hard floors. I get the best results using them with shoes.

    Glide nicely on carpet

These sliders move smoothly on carpet and give a solid workout. Worth the purchase for home use.

Less slick on my rug, better on hardwood

Tried similar sliders at a PT clinic and liked them, but these have noticeable drag on my carpet. Flipping them to use on hardwood helps, but the improvement isn’t dramatic. I’d give them three stars.

  4. JJ 5/5

    Well-made and floor-friendly

Solid construction and they glide smoothly without damaging floors. Heavier and sturdier than some cheap alternatives.

Sliders won’t stay put for me

Good concept but they won’t stay under my feet during moves. Not useful for my routine.

    Surprisingly effective and entertaining

I’m out of shape and not flexible, so I bought these on a whim. They give me a legit workout and my wife finds my attempts hilarious. They don’t slide well on concrete, so I use them on carpet where they glide easily. They expose how weak my core is, which is a good thing—small tool, noticeable results.

    Dependable on multiple surfaces

I bring these along when I travel. They slide well on both hard floors and rugs, and the alternate side prevents unwanted slipping when needed. I’d recommend them to travelers and home users alike.

    Does what it should

    Performs as advertised.
