This S’mores Pizza features a homemade graham-cracker–flavored crust topped with crunchy graham crumbs, toasted marshmallows, and melted chocolate. It’s a rich, crowd-pleasing dessert that’s simple to prepare and perfect for satisfying s’mores cravings without a campfire.

S’mores are a perennial favorite, but making them for a crowd or indoors can be a challenge. This S’mores Pizza solves that: it bakes in a pizza pan for an easy, shareable dessert similar in spirit to a skillet s’mores cookie.
Loaded with classic s’mores flavors—graham, marshmallow, and chocolate—this dessert is ideal for parties, potlucks, or game-day spreads. It looks impressive on the table and slices neatly for serving.

How to Make S’mores Pizza
Start by preparing the dough for the crust:
- Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl: graham cracker crumbs, all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth.
- Stir the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined to form a dough.
Press the dough evenly into a greased 10-inch pizza pan (or line the pan with parchment). Bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes, until the crust begins to puff and set.

Remove the crust from the oven and scatter mini marshmallows, graham cracker crumbs, and chocolate chips across the top. Return to the oven for 2–4 minutes until the marshmallows begin to brown and the chocolate melts. Keep a close eye to avoid burning; if needed, broil for 1–2 minutes for extra browning.
Serve warm for the best gooey texture. You can prepare the pizza ahead and store it covered at room temperature for up to one day; rewarm gently before serving.
