These are the same style that came with my pocket Omron unit and they outlast cheaper substitutes. With proper cleaning and storage the originals lasted about a year under regular use. They really are reusable
I own the pocket Omron TENS model; its original reusable pads served me for months. When adhesion faded, a quick wash and air-dry restored them. I keep spares on the plastic holder that shipped with my unit. With regular cleaning and flat storage they keep sticking well; they show scuffs and discoloration after heavy use but continue to work. With routine care they lasted me at least half a year of frequent use and can handle being carried around in a bag.

Durable pads — storage dock was not part of the set
I use these with my Omron Electrotherapy device and they match the originals that shipped with it. The factory pads lasted many sessions — I reckon close to fifty applications — before I needed spares. At some point I broke the little plastic storage paddle that came with my original set and the product photos made it look like a new paddle would be included, but it wasn’t. I contacted Omron support, explained the situation, and they sent a replacement paddle free of charge. Customer service response was quick and helpful.

Effective solution when other supplies weren't available
My spouse needed pads urgently after a back injury and our older prescription pads were gone. We bought a current Omron TENS device and found it surprisingly capable, then ordered replacement pads online to have on hand.
