  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp granulated monk fruit sweetener , or sugar of choice
  • 1 ½ Tbsp light olive oil , or melted coconut oil

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and granulated monk fruit sweetener until evenly distributed.

  • Drizzle the light olive oil (or melted coconut oil) over the dry mixture.

  • Use a fork or your fingers to rub the oil into the dry ingredients until small, crumbly clumps form. The streusel should be loose and easily sprinkled.

  • If the mixture feels too dry and won’t clump, add extra oil a ½ tsp at a time until it reaches the desired crumbly texture.
