Smaller strap reach than pictured
The pillow itself is fine but the strap doesn’t wrap fully around some couch-style chairs like shown in some images.

Too short in height and a bit bulky
Well-made and supportive at the lower back, but I needed 3–4 extra inches to support my mid-back. It also pushed my hips forward, making my head sit further from the chair back.
