Chocolate-dipped champagne cherries are a playful, elegant treat perfect for summer gatherings, a little self-care indulgence, or a romantic night in. These boozy cherries are soaked in champagne, dipped in chocolate, and finished with sprinkles or praline for a simple dessert that looks and tastes special.
Cherry season is fleeting, so if you can, pit and preserve extra cherries for smoothies, ice cream, or baking later in the year. Frozen cherries are excellent in frozen desserts, and dehydrating some for cherry powder is a great way to add natural color and fruit flavor to cookies, macarons, and other pastries. But for now, when the weather’s warm and the oven stays off, these no-bake champagne cherries are an easy, delightful option: wash, pit, soak, dip, decorate, and enjoy.

Chocolate Dipped Champagne Cherries

Pit the cherries, keeping the stems attached.
