Product review
What you get: four bench dog pucks, four finishing cones, four 1/4"-20 T-bolts with 3/4" heads and four 1/4"-20 T-bolts with 5/8" heads (eight T-bolts total).
Construction and sizing: Each puck has a rubberized top and rubber base to grip both your workpiece and the bench surface without marring. The pucks are sized to fit 3/4" bench dog holes and also serve as stops in T-tracks when used with the included T-bolts. The package supplies both standard 3/4" head and smaller 5/8" head T-bolts for compatibility with universal, double-cut and mini T-track styles.
How it’s used: These pucks act as non-slip supports and can be stacked to raise stock for clearance during routing, sanding, finishing or painting. Use the cones to create point contact for indexing or to elevate irregular shapes, or install a T-bolt to lock a puck into a track. They work alone on a benchtop dog hole or paired with the supplied bolts for T-track setups.
Practical benefits: The rubberized surfaces help prevent scratches and reduce movement while you sand, plane, carve, paint or assemble. The components are designed to be multi-functional — removable T-bolts let you switch between free-standing stops and track-mounted anchors as your project requires.
Package contents recap:
- 4 bench dog pucks
- 4 bench and finishing cones
- 8 T-bolts (4 x 1/4"-20 with 3/4" head, 4 x 1/4"-20 with 5/8" head)
Manufacturer note: Made for general woodworking and finishing tasks, this kit is intended to improve workholding options in small shops and hobby setups.
Pros
- Non-marring rubber surfaces
- Includes two T-bolt head sizes for track compatibility
- Stackable and multi-functional for many tasks
Cons
- Rubber covering can peel with rough use
- Pointed cones are bulky for tight spots
- Lightweight pucks may shift under very light clamping
VerdictA handy set of rubber-topped pucks and cones that hold workpieces steady and lift them off the surface for clearance. They accept 3/4" dog holes or T-bolts (3/4" and 5/8" heads) and are useful for a wide range of shop tasks. Durability concerns around the rubber covering and bulk of the pointed cones are the main caveats, but overall they add versatility to a bench or track system.

Happy overall, minor wear
Works as described. Only drawback is the rubber can peel if dragged; also mine lacks the molded logo, but that's just cosmetic.

Firm grip for finishing
Used them for woodworking tasks—set them on the bench, put the stock on top, and nothing slid while sanding or painting.

Could use smaller tips
The pointed cones are too large for tight spots and will dent soft wood. Without the points these are very useful.

Handy for routers and staining
They serve well as stands for a palm router and as supports for applying stain.
-
Durand 5/5

Sturdy, grippy and well made — good value and performs reliably.
