Ingredients 

  • 1 lb chicken tenderloins
  • 2 tbs mayonnaise
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a bowl, toss the chicken tenderloins with the mayonnaise until each piece is evenly coated.
  • Combine the parmesan and Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs in a large zip-top bag and shake to mix.
  • Lightly grease a sheet pan with nonstick spray or line it with parchment.
  • Place two coated tenderloins at a time into the bag, shake to fully coat with the breadcrumb mixture, then transfer to the prepared pan.
  • Arrange the tenders in a single layer on the pan and repeat with the remaining pieces.
  • Bake for 8 minutes, flip each tender, then bake another 8–10 minutes or until the chicken reaches a safe internal temperature and the coating is golden and crisp.
