What’s in the box: nine handmade fall leaf garlands, each about 5.9 feet long, for a combined length of approximately 53.1 feet, plus nine mounting hooks. Every garland contains 54 maple-style leaves to create dense, continuous coverage for mantels, stair rails, door frames or event installations.
Materials & build: Leaves are cut from non-toxic silk cloth for a soft, fabric texture that imitates preserved foliage. Stems and internal supports are molded from plastic to keep the garlands lightweight and easy to drape. These pieces are crafted without solvent-spray finishes — a spray-free process aimed at reducing emissions — and the dyes are chosen for UV and wear resistance.
Durability & care: The fabric leaves resist wilting and color loss better than fresh foliage and require no special maintenance. Because the vines are lightweight and flexible they’re simple to shape and attach; they’re intended to be reusable season after season. Keep in mind vacuum packaging compresses the strands — allow time to air out and re-fluff before final styling.
Where to use them: These garlands are suitable for Halloween and Thanksgiving displays, mantle and fireplace styling, table runners, stairway and balcony accents, wedding or party décor, and garden or fence dressing. They work best indoors or in semi-sheltered outdoor spots if you avoid prolonged exposure to moisture that might affect dye on some surfaces.
Pros
- Realistic, layered silk-leaf appearance
- Long total coverage and reusable
- Lightweight and easy to arrange
Cons
- Some units may have an initial odor
- Arrives vacuum-compressed and needs time to fluff
- Potential for dye transfer if left on wet siding outdoors
VerdictThis 9-pack delivers a long, layered fall look with realistic silk leaves and flexible plastic stems. The garlands are durable, reusable, and UV-resistant thanks to a spray-free production process. Expect vacuum-packed packaging that needs time to decompress; some buyers report an initial odor that usually lessens after airing. Best used indoors or with caution outdoors to avoid potential dye tran

Vivid, festive colors all season
Very colorful and they maintained a festive look throughout October and November.

Beautiful, sturdy and odor-free for me
I'm thrilled with these garlands — attractive, easy to hang, sturdy and I didn't detect any smell. I hesitated after reading comments about a fishy scent and waited a few days before ordering. One 53 ft set wasn't enough so I bought another pack. Highly pleased!

Came compressed but great once fluffed
They brightened up the house. They arrived vacuum sealed in a small bag which worried me, but after opening and fluffing they made a wonderful fall accent.

Created a show-stopping autumn tree
Perfect for my autumn tree — guests loved it. After airing on the porch for a few hours the garlands fluffed nicely. I used about 106 feet and mixed in wheat stalks for depth. I kept the display indoors to avoid any dye issues on siding and was very happy with the finished look.

Improves dramatically after airing out
At first they looked cheap and had an off smell, but once hung over my interior windows they looked fantastic. Up close the materials aren't premium, but the odor faded after I sprayed a disinfectant.

Looks more natural after unpacking
They look odd when vacuum sealed, but once opened they soften and read like real leaves. Good length, dense foliage, no assembly required, neutral scent and a tough vine.

Gorgeous colors but strong smell at first
They look gorgeous but arrived with a strong, fish-like odor. I couldn't place them near my coffee/tea bar for that reason. Leaving them in the garage helped a bit; I may put them above cabinets instead. The color layers are lovely — orange with yellows, reds, browns and greens — and each strand is a few feet long, so you need multiples to frame a door.
