    Fell apart right away

    Mine separated as soon as I opened it. It was sealed in plastic and unused. The material felt like thin cardboard rather than a solid board. I appreciate the refund, but it was disappointing.

    Correct size and simple to hang

    Perfect for my needs. The metal clasps on the rear hold the picture securely, the frame is lightweight, well made, and very easy to mount.

    Nice look, but easily damaged

    The finish is nice and the frame is very light, but it’s fragile. Mine arrived with multiple cracks and felt quite cheap when handled.

    Pretty but a bit delicate

    Looks attractive out of the box, but I cracked a corner of the protective sheet while peeling the film. The backing is too flexible for thin collections like cards. With careful handling and thicker artwork it could work well.

    Perfect fit for my puzzle

    Worked well for mounting my puzzle. Haven’t hung it yet, but it can be used vertically or horizontally. Inserting the puzzle took patience — I slid the cover under, then positioned the puzzle on the backing and reassembled.
